崗位職責Job Responsibilities: 1.　　 熟練使用建筑能源環(huán)境模擬相關(guān)軟件包括不限于CAD, Rhino, Revit, Design Builder, Energy Plus； 2.　　 具有DGNB，PHI或者LEED綠色建筑咨詢(xún)工程師資質(zhì)； 3.　　 能針對項目場(chǎng)地特色和微氣候數據分析建模，提出低影響的低碳綜合技術(shù)策略和路徑； 4.　　 能在近零能耗項目方案設計階段提出不同的能耗模擬情形和核心建筑參數； 5.　　 能在正能源建筑方案設計階段提出不同的能耗模擬情形和核心建筑參數； 6.　　 熟練計算建筑全生命周期LCA的碳排放模擬計算； 7.　　 具有熟練完成國內綠色建筑三星或等同級別的定位策劃及預評估報告，以及實(shí)施綠色建筑技術(shù)標準的項目經(jīng)驗； 8.　　 具有熟練完成國內綠色建筑三星或同等級別的項目地塊室內、外風(fēng)環(huán)境模擬分析及優(yōu)化報告； 9.　　 具有深化設計國內綠色建筑三星或同等級別的符合性評估建議及審圖報告的項目經(jīng)驗； 10.　　 積極配合技術(shù)指導，技術(shù)管理和協(xié)調現場(chǎng)的施工調試需要的相關(guān)場(chǎng)地技術(shù)協(xié)調支持； 11.　　 勝任工作主要職責，并且有卓越的團隊領(lǐng)袖表現。 任職要求 Job requirements： 1、碩士及以上學(xué)歷，建筑學(xué)（可持續設計方向），建筑環(huán)境與能源應用，智能建筑與數據工程等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)；具有5年以上在北歐國家建筑能源領(lǐng)域相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗； Master's degree or above, major in gardening, landscape design, environmental art, etc.; more than 5 years relevant work experiences in the sustainable building design and consultation sections in Nordic countries ; 2、掌握各類(lèi)CFD,IES-VE設計繪圖技術(shù)，具備CFD設計相關(guān)領(lǐng)域專(zhuān)業(yè)知識和技能； Master all kinds of CFD,IES-VE simulation and mapping techniques, with expertise and skills in green building scenarios simulations concept vision; 3、具有較強的學(xué)習能力，能短時(shí)間掌握公司理念，融入公司環(huán)境； Strong learning ability, able to master the company concept in a short time, and integrate into the company environment 4、能對負責項目進(jìn)行方案匯報，能在專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)會(huì )議或討論中邏輯清晰的表述專(zhuān)業(yè)問(wèn)題和解決辦法，獲得甲方認可；能用中英文準確表達設計中出現的問(wèn)題； Can make the project presentation, can clearly express professional problems and solutions in professional technical meetings or discussions, and obtain the approval of client; can accurately express the problems in the design in both Chinese and English. 5、熟練使用CAD, Rhino, Revit, Design Builder, Energy Plus等能耗模擬計算軟件； Skilled in energy simulations and calculation software such as CAD, Rhino, Revit, Design Builder, Energy Plus, etc.
